When you use this back clip barcode scanner, if your phone case is very thick and rigid, it is recommended to remove the phone case and then install the barcode scanner on the phone. Otherwise, it will appear that the barcode scanner cannot hold the phone, causing the phone to fall off and break. What's more, please do not use violence to pull the retractable rod or the 4 clips of the barcode scanner, otherwise, the barcode scanner will be damaged and unusable.
Many customers will ask how to turn off the barcode scanner. By default, in order to save the battery power, we set the scanner will go to sleep mode automatically if there is no operation over 5 minutes. You can set the time interval to be longer "10 minutes", "30 minutes" or "Never Sleep".
